Griffith Cares

Griffith Cares is our vibrant community giving initiative that engages our employees to select causes and nonprofit partners to support. Through this program, all business units donate 1% of operating income to local charities.

In fiscal year 2023, we exceeded our target, providing $1.2 million in cash and in-kind donations to food banks, community health care, and educational initiatives globally. We uphold our commitment to making a positive impact through focused charitable efforts and volunteering, fostering resilience and development in the communities we serve. Additionally, we provide our expertise in nutrition, food science, and culinary arts to nonprofit partners and our facilities often donate in-kind food products.
