Leading in Nutrition Science

In 2023, we exceeded our goal of 50% of all finished goods meeting at least one positive health and nutrition attribute, including organic, reduction (reduced sugar, salt, or fat), fortification (added vitamins, minerals fiber and protein), clean label (minimal processing and artificial ingredients), or elimination (removal of allergens). These attributes are crucial as they ensure our products contribute positively to the health and wellbeing of our consumers.

We are now aligning the nutritional profiles of our finished goods products to our Global Nutrition Criteria. These standards are a custom combination of nutrient targets from 11 governments and authoritative sources from across the globe, such as the World Health Organization (WHO). We are also committed to developing the future of plant-based nutrition and food.

Nutrition IQ learning

Nutrition Education

At Griffith Foods, we are committed to advancing our nutritional expertise throughout the organization. Our new, internally developed Nutrition IQ program provides all employees with science-based, foundational health and nutrition knowledge.

The launch of Nutrition IQ highlights our goal of having every employee complete nutrition education training by the end of 2025. This initiative aims to provide our global teams with actionable knowledge that will enhance the nutritional profile of our products.

Partnering to Nourish the World

Through partnership with nonprofit institutions, customers, and suppliers, we are developing products that are both sustainable and nutritious for our communities. Whether in a time of crisis or to support people in need, we are proud of the foods we have developed and meals donated.
