Rooted in his experiences at a Korean fine dining restaurant, Chef Chris’s Glazed Umami Mushroom is an homage to these cherished flavors. This dish supports quick-service restaurants (QSRs) and retail markets catering to an audience eager for innovative vegetarian options.
