When applied to breaded and fried foods, the product ensures food stays crispy for an additional 30 minutes*. Unlike other water-based sauces or dry seasonings, Flavour Glaze 3.0 protects the crispy texture of breaded, battered, and fried foods.
Flavour Glaze’s is ready-to-use and shelf stable making it perfect for quick-service restaurants (QSR) and retail food operators wanting to provide their customers with high-quality cuisine.
