Formally trained at the Culinary Institute of America in New York, Barlao possesses 26 years of experience with a varied background in the food industry. He worked from restaurants, hotels, cruise lines and schools all over the US, Philippines and Thailand. A passionate culinary professional with an in depth knowledge of cuisines, cooking methods and food science, he is an innovator and collaborator that worked with many food brands within the Asia Pacific region, UK & US.
