Griffith Foods Thailand partners with Cleantech Solar to develop an 807 kWp rooftop and carport solar PV project in Samut Prakan

Samut Prakan, Thailand, November 2022: Griffith Foods Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of Griffith Foods Group Inc., a global product development partner specialising in high-quality food ingredients, has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Cleantech Solar to develop an 807 kWp solar PV system at the manufacturing facility’s rooftop and carport in Samut Prakan, Thailand.
This long-term solar partnership between Griffith Foods and Cleantech Solar is expected to generate nearly 18 GWh of clean energy during the lifetime of the project, leading to a reduction of over 10 kilotonnes of CO2 emissions. Cleantech Solar will provide the end-to-end solar solution, with the project being operated and maintained by Cleantech Solar throughout the term of the agreement.
