ALSIP, Ill. – We are thankful for the decision reached on Friday November 18th by a Cook County jury that Griffith Foods is not liable for Plaintiffs claims arising from the operations of a sterilization facility in Willowbrook, Illinois. We were named as defendants in this case despite not having any connection to these sterilization operations for more than 20 years.
