Chef Ian Lu started his career as a barista and that inspired his determination to work in the beverage industry. His positive learning attitude and innovation expertise helped him become a beverage R&D
specialist quickly. In 2021, Ian won the second-class, first-class and professional-level certification in PCA (Master Competition of Coffee Flower Drawing).
