How We’re Doing: Our Workforce Representation
In the interest of transparency and accountability, Griffith Foods wants to be clear about where we are today, recognizing both what we have accomplished as well as where we need to improve.
As a part of our efforts, we have partnered with Paradigm for Parity®, Disability:IN, and CEO Action to create impactful movement. We will continue to focus on fostering an inclusive and empowering environment where all can thrive.

Griffith Foods Belonging Communities
Our Griffith Foods Belonging Committees (GFBCs) organize around shared identities and create spaces that center the wellbeing and needs of our employees from marginalized and underrepresented groups. They helped nurture a sense of belonging, promote inclusion, and build a more equitable future for everyone.
In addition to offering community and empowerment, these committees also serve as influential and trusted advisors to our regional councils and leadership teams on different opportunities and challenges related to their constituencies.
Women Innovating, Solving, & Excelling (WISE)
WISE is committed to cultivating an inclusive and authentic environment with equitable opportunities and respect, encouraging women to thrive both inside and outside of work.
Leaders for Equitable African/African American Advancement & Development (LEAAD)
LEAAD’s mission is to develop an inclusive culture and equitable workplace in order to accelerate upward mobility and career advancement for African and African American employees at Griffith Foods globally.
Supporting Pride with Inclusion, Celebration, and Education (SPICE)
SPICE cultivates a culture of inclusion and celebration for the 2SLGBTQ+ community through education and outreach.
Respecting Our Origins, Openness, Togetherness, Solidarity (ROOTS)
ROOTS is on a mission to create and promote community inspired by our different cultures; one that is accepting and respecting of our roots, and where every member feels valued, connected, and empowered.
