Our Approach
To address the cost challenge, Griffith Foods optimized its formula by incorporating a newly launched innovation, Phosphate No More, a proactive solution that not only improved cost competitiveness but also enabled our client to eliminate phosphate blends, all while maintaining product quality. Phosphates are commonly used in processed meats and poultry to improve texture and water retention, but the food industry is shifting towards more consumer friendly, simpler ingredient lists. By removing added phosphates, our customer could deliver products better aligned with regulatory requirements at a lower cost without compromising taste or quality.
