Chef Patrick is an open-minded person. He had a strong interest in food and cooking since he was a child. His down-to-earth style, positive and innovative spirit, and optimistic mindset have made him an excellent Western chef. He started his culinary learning journey in Shanghai. He worked for many years in western restaurants such as Shanghai Pacific Hotel, Jean George Shanghai Michelin One-Star Restaurant, Mr. & Mrs. Bund, 33 Club in Shanghai Disneyland, etc. After that, Patrick joined Griffith Foods, where he is currently working as a Product Creative Development and Catering Culinary Consultant. He holds the National Senior Culinary Technician Certificate.
