Through\u00a0learning, employees can support better nutrition for themselves,\u00a0our products at Griffith Foods and ultimately those of our customers.\u00a0As we work towards our 2030 Aspirations and creating a nutritious and sustainable portfolio, nutrition education is a key foundation for our employees.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>    <figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/griffithfoods.com\/wp-content\/themes\/griffithfoods\/build\/images\/dummy.svg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11643 lozad\" data-src=\"https:\/\/griffithfoods.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Screenshot-2026-02-19-152536-1-1024x576.png\"\/><\/figure>    <p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">A Commitment to 100% Nutrition Education\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>    <p>In 2019,\u00a0team members from R&amp;D worked with external nutritionists to develop a\u00a0desktop\u00a0training that covers the basics of nutrition. We set a lofty goal \u2013 <strong>100% of our workforce to be trained on nutrition topics\u00a0by the end of 2025.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>    <p>This commitment also aligns with our involvement in broader industry efforts, including&nbsp;the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD),&nbsp;Global Nutrition Report and the Workforce Nutrition Alliance.&nbsp;We\u2019ve shared our progress and learned from peers who are equally committed to improving&nbsp;nutrition&nbsp;education.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>    <figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/griffithfoods.com\/wp-content\/themes\/griffithfoods\/build\/images\/dummy.svg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9209 lozad\" style=\"width:476px;height:auto\" data-src=\"https:\/\/griffithfoods.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Asp-Training_Nutrition-Dice-Healthy-Fruity-Tea-Break-APAC-1024x768.jpg\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Nutrition Dice developed by our team in Asia-Pacific encourage people to eat a range of foods. <\/figcaption><\/figure>    <p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Meeting People Where They Are\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>    <p>One of the most important insights guiding our work is simple: <strong>our employees are consumers\u00a0and they\u2019re\u00a0navigating the same confusing landscape of\u00a0health and\u00a0nutrition information as everyone else.<\/strong> They want clarity, not complexity.\u00a0<\/p>    <p>Our initial desktop training&nbsp;was&nbsp;created by&nbsp;external dietitians&nbsp;and&nbsp;as our team grew, Griffith Foods dietitians and nutritionists developed new content that was specific for us&nbsp;covering topics like micronutrients and&nbsp;heart health.&nbsp;To support our factory teams, we created short, 3\u20135\u2011minute infographic\u2011based modules that trainers could easily share and translate. We also delivered in\u2011person sessions&nbsp;in a few regions, recognizing that some learning resonates best face\u2011to\u2011face.&nbsp;<\/p>    <p>The online training was translated into five languages&nbsp;and assigned through our HR software for office employees. The module format allowed people to complete&nbsp;the training at their own pace.&nbsp;Across all formats, the goal has been to provide objective, evidence\u2011based information without pushing a position or prescribing personal choices.&nbsp;<\/p>    <p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">What We Heard\u2014and How We\u2019re Responding\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>    <p>Feedback has been invaluable in shaping the next phase of our&nbsp;nutrition&nbsp;education strategy. Employees consistently told us that the training helped them improve their personal lifestyle habits and better support their families\u2019 nutrition. Many appreciated having a credible source of information in a world full of conflicting advice.&nbsp;<\/p>    <p>At the same time, we heard clear opportunities to improve:&nbsp;<\/p>    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>Make it flexible. Not everyone needs the same\u00a0depth\u00a0of information, and not all roles require the same training.\u00a0<\/li> <\/ul>    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>Make it simpler. Some found the program too complex and suggested offering different levels.\u00a0<\/li> <\/ul>    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>Make it relevant.\u00a0People want the freedom to engage in a way that fits their needs and interests\u00a0with culturally relevant examples.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li> <\/ul>    <p>These insights are helping us shape a more modular, personalized approach\u2014one that keeps the credibility and clarity people value while making the experience more intuitive and efficient.&nbsp;<\/p>    <p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Looking Ahead\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>    <p>Nutrition education isn\u2019t a one\u2011time initiative; it\u2019s an ongoing commitment to our people\u2019s well\u2011being.
