Griffith Foods was approached by a global customer with a clear brief: develop a black colored, spicy BBQ sauce featuring ghost pepper for a Limited Time Offer (LTO). The timeline was aggressive, just one month for development, production, and market launch. The brief focused on flavor and appearance, with no mention of nutrition. As part of our 2030 Aspirations to develop nutritious and sustainable products that have a positive impact on people and planet, our team saw an opportunity to go beyond the request: What if we could make the sauce more nutritious without compromising taste or cost? <\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/section>

    We decided to elevate the concept by reformulating the sauce to deliver a stronger nutritional profile while meeting all sensory and cost expectations.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
